The What part and what it says.
At this point in the Story we need to stop. Again No One told Me! God did not make man all by Himself. The two times He says to make man HE Says "us" and "our" NOT "my"! He has just made Livestock. God is Talking about Life making another Kind, A special Kind.
The Bible tells us of God. Genesis is the first Book. This is our total vision of God, This is His Image.
Time is, has been and will be the problem to accepting this, Really! Look at these Times. Right at this Time.
5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night;
The days are not the same day as in Time. God's image is 7 days long in his own words
"in our image, according to our likeness" will be like these 7 days. We start from nothing and create. At the end of each day we say, "and God saw that it was good".
Never forget God's seventh day that does not end. This is not a mistake after all. 'This' is His image. The same structure and plan of all Things. 'This' is His likeness. Man will come from nothing to create things and organize the world he Rules over. And his last day, the seventh, shall never end. But we are not gods. We are LIKE not IDENTICAL.
The man part Genesis 1:28-31
28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”
29 Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.
30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food.” And it was so.
31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.
Not Identical
we work like God.
We are energy connected with matter as God is energy connected with all his creations!
How great is that and what potential for ... What did we not receive of God's likeness.
The man part Genesis 2:1-3
1 Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array.
2 By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work.
3 Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.
A Notice
Did God forget to end the seventh Day? Creation had Finished.
What happened with the "And there was evening, and there was morning—the seventh day?"
It Nevered Happened! I mean it never Ended. In God's Day, This is the Seventh Day! This Is The Blessed and Holy Day!

Time
is different for all God's creations.
The Bear and Frog have time stop when their existance requires it.
Well almost stop.
The Hummingbird and the woodpecker have time speed up so they can move their wings and heads faster than the other creations as required to function.
God created time!
Knowledge that is required for Life
is passed to new plants with the energy to grow when conditions are ready or wait until they are.
The energy and matter change back and forth as God connects with all his creations!
